Really happy with this good quality machine, especially all the functions for different kinds of clothes and that help to keep it well maintained.

Great product - but lacks in washing features. The long music at the end after the cycle is hilarious!

The machine is exactly as described, the delivery and installation service was brilliant and being able to speak to an actual human when I ordered was wonderful. Not 5/5 but 10/10!

Great washing machine, as expected from a Samsung. It's stable and quiet (doesn't rattle about much even during a spin), and the settings are easy to figure out and customise. I recommend it wholehaeartedly!

My previous machine (a Bosch) was on its last legs - it was second hand and I had repaired it twice so I had no real complaints when it finally "gave up the ghost". I took a long time simply looking at products and web sites to see who offered what, at what price and at what level of service. On all counts AO came out on top... now to the machine! I wanted and A rated machine and a 14k or 16k spin speed. I was not bothered with gimmicks like adding forgotten socks but did like the idea of a long warranty - it shows the manufacturer has confidence. The Samsung Series 5 ecobubble attracted me by a/ the reivews b/ the 5 year warranty.. so I dived in. Easy to order - a good delivery experience - and easy to use. One great feature is the quick 15 min wash - great for a quick freshen of hiking gear that is made of tech fabric and, personally, I find the programmes easy to understand. It took a while to find and register with Samsung for the 5 year warranty but I got there in the end. Overall a good experience and a good product - thanks AO !
