I am awaiting Samsung engineer to look at this item as faulty on install. No power.

Machine itself is great compared to others, very quiet and a great cycle... but, I'm now 8 months into using it l, and the drum seal is already starting to fail. I expected the drum seal to fail, but after maybe 3-5 years, not 8 months. Once the machine starts to fail, I won't buy again. Poor form Samsung.

Bought in December 2021. Have just had to arrange for a new door seal to be fitted at a huge cost over £120. Very disappointed that this has happened. Machine is only used between 4 and 5 times per week (2 person household, 1 x load bedding, 1 x load towels, 2 loads clothing plus one occasional extra load). Seals are not on the warranty.

The washing machine works well. Unfortunately the machine was damaged. We accepted a discount rather than send back on the van & wait for a replacement. Difficult to describe, it was put into a small kitchenette. With driver & assistant & my husband standing there it was difficult to see the damage at the time. Immediately after the guys left I realised it was worse than I thought. The damage was more than initially appeared so I regretted the decision made. The open doorway between our kitchen & my brothers kitchenette means I can see the damage all the time which is disappointing.

Okay. Issue with items getting trapped in front door / seal and staying soggy (sometimes they go back in on spin but not always). Samsung say you need to put items in a laundry net (not supplied). Didn't have this issue with my old machine. Also doesn't always dissolve the fairy pod capsules and bits of gunk in door at end. Machine okay but probably would not buy again or recommend.

Only had a week and can say that it's rubbish at getting rid of stains or cleaning effectively. The positive reviews made us buy it, wish I hadn't, what a waste of money. Our old washing machine was fantastic and on par price wise. Can't return as the amount of money you lose makes it not worth it. Stuck with a washing machine that doesn't clean well despite the claims of the bubble wash which you can only use in a couple of cycles not all. Not worth the money.

It's a washing machine. It washes clothes.
