Great product hob is extremely fast compared to conventional electric hob

I am very happy with my new cooker. It is easy to use and very efficient. I am really enjoying my first induction hob. The only feature I don't like is the cooling down fan on the oven. It's a waste of energy and also not good for cooking a pavlova!

I'm sure the model is a good cooker but unfortunately ours was a dud. Problems within half an hour of installation (which were repaired) and more issues after two weeks. Cooker to be replaced.

The cooker fits well into the kitchen. would only mark it down on the fact the oven is a bit noisy when it's on, and also when it's turned off and the fan is on, but still cooling. It's a little unnecessary. However overall I am pleased with it, and would recommend.

Arrived with a faulty shelf which took some sorting out. Was passed from person to person. Eventually received a correctly made replacement two weeks later. It’s slightly noisier than my old hotpoint induction cooker and this has proper knobs although I have found them turned on when they weren’t supposed to be. They turn very easily. It looks smart and am hoping it lasts longer than my previous hotpoint (8 years).

I have been surprised by how noisy it is - not just the hiss of pots to the induction surface but an overall engine hum that kicks in and out. In case it is a product fault I’ve asked for an engineer to investigate. I’ve used induction jobs for years and never noticed such a noise!

This is my first induction oven and I have to say it is brilliant, I have found it to be very easy to use and clean, it is very quick to get a pan of water to boil which was amazing.

Really good oven and induction hob. We spent ages choosing as it was to replace a similar (slightly more expensive) cooker that, whilst it looked lovely, had a fan noise like a jumbo jet that stayed on for ages. Obviously this cooker has fans too, but they are far less intrusive. All in all it's exactly what we hoped for. Steam vents from oven are a bit weird but you get used to them. Some small blemishes on paint enamel around the hob, but we don't mind as it'll get plenty of wear and tear over time. Controls are not the most intuitive and fiddly to clean. All small points really that shouldn't put you off a great product. Oven and grill are super quick and effective. Hob works well.
