Already seems to be making an odd noise after a week so my initial thoughts are this will be a problem item

Have just purchased from ao and had delivered two days ago having now used fully I can say I’m very disappointed with it I replaced this this model for its predecessor they are exactly the same except that this ‘new’ model is cheaply and cheaper build quality in every way. The whole cooker feels frankly cheap, from the hollow cheap thin plastic controls to the very ill fitted and sharp edged hob the thing I am most angry with the the grill, The last model had three heat settings settings 1 and 2 were very good for an electric oven at control of heat and precision cooking and the 3rd was very hot and good for fast hot grilling. This new one is terrible there isn’t really two settings at all just very slow to heat up then absolute uncontrollable heat the so called second setting from all I can tell just makes it even hotter unless you just want black burnt food it has no other purpose as there is no way to contribute the heat levels! This is an honest review I do not often leave feedback but am very disappointed with this purchase that was not cheap by any means for what it is. Further more do not believe the other reviews on the is site I do not think they are legitimate there all the same and in no way like this cooker I do not recommend buying this and am looking for a replacement and wether I can return this. Very disappointed.

We were led to believe this was a plug and play, and even when it was delivered (on the doorstep) we asked the delivery team if it was plug and play, and they said yes, really easy. We removed the packaging, and brought it into the kitchen, and it was definitely not plug and play. We called out the electrician, who came by and had to bring parts, plugs, and many other things, that it costed us over £200 more to get it connected and working. The cooker is great, but really disappointed in the misleading information given, and the fact that the delivery team double confirmed it was plug and play was very disappointing to be misled. The product is good, the top oven does not really work as an oven, more of a grill, as tried to bake spinach pies in the top and the bottom, the bottom took 15 minutes and they were cooked, the top we had to wait 1 hour, and still they did not cook fully so moved them to the lower oven. I would also suggest that they include a splash top that can be opened so that it is at the back of the cooker, for more safety of the product.

Easy to last the paint in the top ( hod) . I think is too expensive and doesn’t meat the expectation.

Bought this oven as i was the newer modle of our old cooker .But after using it found that the oven would switch off on high power after about half an hour .Now waiting for a service engineer to come and look at it.Bit dissapointed dont think i will buy a zanussi again after this

Bought this as we already had a zanuzzi cooker, it arrived on time, didn't ask for old cooker to be taken away in the options selection when buying but got a phone call to schedule delivery and they offered to take it away free! I was quite excited to get my new cooker, on unwrapping it it looked great! On using it how ever, that's something else! The ceramic hob marked first time we used it which is utterly disappointing, also when the hobs light up it looks like the old fashioned rings like on old electric cookers, and when we used the oven, there's two little black vents just behind the ceramic ring top, just at the back, well we had steam billowing out of these vents! We had to put the extracter fan on it was that bad! I'm kinda disappointed in this, wished I'd never bought this model, my old zanuzzi didn't have these vents on it, and we loved it apart from that it cooks food really well and evenly

Pound for pound this zanussi freestanding cooker is a great buy. My srvond zanussi cooker, which should say everything you need to know. This model runs a little cooler than my previous unit and has no halogen ring as earlier versions had hence 4 stars, but otherwise this is a great buy and so far good investment.

Haven't used the main oven yet, only had a week, but top oven works fine (& an oven thermometer agrees with temp set on dial, which is re-assuring). Manual also says I can turn off oven 15 minutes or so before end of cooking time as oven will retain heat, thus saving some power, which I tried & worked OK. Only very minor niggle is no grill pan came with cooker & manual says to grill with door shut, but otherwise excellent so far. Ceramic hob heats up very quickly too.
