    Appalling Product.

Appalling product that was faulty on arrival, after waiting a month for its delivery. Replacement arrived today, after another month, and it has the same faults... unbelievable! Awaiting yet another "uplift" for third attempt.

Looks very smart. I had never owned an electric cooker before but was impressed by our daughters fan oven. Unfortunately the accompanying booklet was fairly basic - therefore I was really upset when there was bad marking on the hob after use - we hadn’t shaken the pans whilst on the hob & was extremely careful to gently lift pans on & off. Having only owned this cooker for only 2 weeks I now wish I’d never parted with my previous gas cooker! Had the hob not marked so quickly & easily I would have given this cooker a higher mark.

    Not great

Very disappointed with this cooker. It takes easily 20 min to reach 200c and why is there no handle for the grill?? Burnt my fingers twice and dropped the grill pan on the floor. Would love to send cooler back.

Cut fingers trying to attach electric wires to cooker as surrounding area very thin and sharp metal alloy. Also no grill handle a pain.

The cooker looks a lot better in the picture than reality; the knobs are quite large and old fashioned looking, and whilst using the hob we've accidentally moved the oven dials several times. The 4 fan oven settings seem over complicated and don't make any difference from what we have noticed.

So far so very good. Surface is a little hard to clean, but oven temperature seems even and accurate. Very pleased with the cooker.

    New Oven

Nice looking cooker but a few quirks that are puzzling. Why are all cookers shorter than kitchen work surfaces? My kitchen worktop heights were determined by the height of the side panels (90cm). The work surface adds to that. This was a standard height for the company. I got this cooker because it was the only one taller than 90 cm but it still sits below the work surface. Why do you need to switch one of the functions on for the timer to work? If you use the timer a fan switches on before the oven switches on. So for example if you set a delay of 1.5h, the fan is on for that time and then for the cooking time. The Controls are a bit bulky and you have to lean over them to use the hob.
