I don’t normally give 5 stars and this was my first contact with AO. The web page was easy to use, the product was as described. It is a simple to use oven that has an attractive black glass front that fits well in our fitted kitchen.

Excellent product and excellent customer service

Nice finish, easy to fit and use. Can’t comment on whether it lasts as it’s only been in a week. One downside is that you can see a sliver of the white internal casing where the top of the door meets the casing, which is annoying if it is at eye-line. Otherwise great.

So far, very pleased. Very different to our previous Panasonic, but the black glass front fits in well with our updated oven.

Easy to fit and looks stylish. I particularly like the automatic opening door which I didn't know about. I wanted a simple microwave that just does its job without bells and whistles and this fits the bill.

Fits perfectly and looks good!

Very happy with this microwave. Looks good and has all the functions needed. I particularly like the three favourite buttons you can set for your most used time/power settings. Once set you just press the fav button and then start. It is much quieter than the one it's replaced and the light is nice and bright so you can clearly see inside when it's cooking. The only thing I don't like is the fact that when you wipe the over the front with a cloth it activates all the touch sensitive buttons. I've docked one star for that but would have given 4.5 if I could.
