Very easy to use. Brought my carpets up a treat. A great long term investment for home maintenance. The first session was a marathon over all the house. So much black water came out of my cream carpets and afterwards they shone so bright! In future, I'll use this at regular intervals to keep the carpets clean and in good condition. Best thing I've bought for a long time. It is a little heavy, but easy to manoeuvre and the bendy pipe goes all the way up the stairs in my house, so I'll only have to actually lift it and take it upstairs every so often.

My Bissell machine of 30 years finally died, so I bought this to replace it. Wow! I thought the original was good, but this is great. My carpets are cleaner than they've been for ages, in spite of regular cleaning and four cats. The machine itself is so easy to clean after use too and I really like the fact that it heats the tank of water so I don't waste any solution if I only use half a tank at a time. Highly reccommended and no complaints at all.

Absolutely brilliant machine carpets are nearly dry when finished so glad we bought this would definitely recommend to others and a friend has now bought this machine since using mine
