    Good to use - not so heavy you cannot lift it up to clean walks, tiles and glass surfaces even when full of water. Gives about 15mins of steam power, enough to thoroughly clean, for example, around the toilet or cooker hob. Great for small jobs too that need a quick thorough clean eg spilt food onto the floor or carpet.

    Usual speedy a.o.com service and delivery. Unfortunately this steamer is underpowered and the steam lasts less than 15 minutes of intermittent use. It heats up quickly but then less than 15 mins later you are waiting over 10 minutes for it to cool enough to refill.
