This is due to how much power some of the PC components need, especially the Nvidia, GeForce RTX 4090. And if you have any concern regarding the PC, contact AO and they will sort it out. Yes - The Tower case has glass on it so be very care, and if it arrives damaged to not switch on the PC, immediately call AO. NO - The graphics for this PC is high-end, so make sure you buy a good gaming monitor with a high refresh rate or the graphics for your games wont look good while playing them. I brought a 49" monitor to go with this PC. Other than that, I would highly recommend the Gaming Tower to everyone who is gaming, streaming, editing videos, graphic designs and watching videos. If you do buy this PC all I have to say is enjoy and good luck as I am in love with this Gaming PC already.

Excellent. Superb build quality. Would highly recommend. Had a very small issue with the USB port, called the service desk and I had the replacment part in 3 days. Components are hgh end quality.
