Great quality for the price. Audio lacks depth

AO service was good and great tv - interesting that it does not come with memory so need to get a usb or hard drive to be able to schedule recordings - and then you cannot watch at the same time as recording different programme. Probably fairly similar to other TVs in this bracket but surprised me it was not more able than that.

Easy to set up. Good picture and sound.

Quick and easy to set up, great picture quality. Excellent built in apps and features including; Alexa, auto-dimming on ambient light, console detection for gaming modes and streaming apps. In just a matter of days the LG App channels have become firm favourites for easy watching.

My second smart TV, Lack of written instruction was a hinderance to setting up this nice TV. The TV seems to do all of what is expected, but no instruction was given as to what to expect when switching on, or how even to connect the new TV. I would expect a picture or diagam of the connections on the back of the unit to allow for a wall mounted set to be cabled in. Similarly, there was no instructions as to, what will appear and what you may need to get your set to function. No connection to surround sound, home cinema audio, No expectation of how to connect to home wi-fi. I'm not a slouch when it comes to figuring out this stuff, but the lack of printed information and the on line manuals were very poor. The service from AO was terrific.

It will be fine if you take some time to go through all settings and apps to set it up as you like to have it. If you had an LG TV before it makes it easier but take your time over a couple of days to get it right.
