Do not buy this printer if you use a Mac. It says it's compatible but what it doesn't say is that the USB cable connection won't work with Mac, you can only print over wifi. It took me 1.5 hours on the phone to customer help to get the wifi set up, and it still randomly stops printing when I'm using adobe software. You can't print direct from Illustrator & sometimes not even from Acrobat. If I'd known any of this I would not have purchased. The quality is only ok, a bit dotty / grainy so not worth all the hassle of set up and not working in my opinion. I would have returned, but it's not possible if you have already set the printer up! Nightmare.

I bought this to replace an inkjet one after the jets blocked up. So far so good. Relatively easy to set up. If you want to use wireless printing you need to connect the USB cable the first time so that your device talks to the printer, after that no problems. Only used a couple of times so far but print quality is good. A little slow to print but I knew that from previous reviews.

Good quality laser printer and the quality of print is very good, it does take a couple of minuets to warm up, I only use it for home use and print a lot of photos on good quality paper (120 gm2 silky finish) without any problems. not tried glossy photo paper yet as it may be too thick for the printer It looks identical to my previous laser printer which would not take glossy paper but the specs on this printer said that it could take paper up to 220 gm2 so not sure, It was simple to set up using the supplied USB cable, the wireless feature works well when set up too. the instruction booklet that comes with it lacks a certain amount of information related to the servicing of the printer for example the cleaning of the waste toner container which can stop the printer working unless you know how to clean the sensor and the adjustment of the paper tray for different size paper / envelopes All that said I think this is a good printer.
