    The printer itself is O.K but I have had 4 HP printers in the past and this has been the the only one problematic in downloading the software maybe this is the fault of Windows 11 but it was a lot of hassle

    Nice printer at a good price. I had to call Technical Support to start with, as when I was going through the set up process it said said download HP Smart, from the Microsoft store, and looked like it was setting itself up. However, it skipped the part about downloading the drivers. Once this was discovered it was easy to fix, and it works well now. I've mentioned it here in case anyone hits the same issue.

    Bought this printer because I had the earlier version the 2600 series. The new one came with cartridges and it was easy to set up and connect to hp smart app light weight too. would buy a hp printer again and good value too thank you AO.com would use Ao again never had a problem with Ao
