Not so bad Very good price. Microsoft product - as always - one should have expected better. Product quality - could be bettet - there are no limits to the ideal.

I’ve loved my experience with this laptop so far, it’s simple to set up and it’s quick. The battery can drain quite fast but that’s to be expected with demanding tasks. It’s handled video editing really well and the export time has been great.

The product is even better than I expected. The load up time is instant and there is no sound whilst running. I use the laptop for gaming and work and every app or game runs smoothly with no lagging. I am now looking at purchasing 2 more for my teenagers.

I've had this item for just over a week now and have no regrets at all, the design is very sleek and the screen is incredibly vibrant and lush. It's very pleasant to type on, the backlit keys make this fine to use in low lit locations. It's able to run high spec games well (naturally, as it is a gaming laptop), the 1TB on board memory is a crucial aspect to it so you can keep a massive game download installed and still manage music and media without worrying about having to delete stuff to make space. I'm looking forward to seeing how impressive the video editing capabilities are, the contrast will be starker for me as I've been using outdated tech for quite some time. I opted for the 14" model specifically for a bit of increased portability, and I'm glad I did. The machine is a decent weight, not too heavy or light. The screen extends to external monitors as needed, very easily with no fuss, which is also going to contribute to editing being made an easier and more enjoyable experience than I am used to. There are no real downsides, I tried to connect an Xbox controller wirelessly and it was saying that it requires a wireless adapter, this turns out to be because the controller was from the previous generation of machines (Xbox one), although it did work immediately when it was wired with a basic USB cable. I then tried it with a current gen Xbox (series X/S) controller, and it was happy to wirelessly connect directly with no wires or adapters. There is only one standard USB slot (and one USB C on the other side), but the need for connecting multiple devices and reading memory cards will be resolved easily once I get a suitable adapter. Overall, I know it's early days, but I don't anticipate getting buyer's remorse at all with this one.
