When it arrived, it wouldn't power up. Being a bank holiday weekend I had to wait three days to call Cyberpower help desk. noticed side panel bulge, which was badly routed cables. Cyberpower informed me over phone which plugs to check and voila all working fine. No instructions per se with this computer. had some brackets in box I still do not know what are for. Overall though I am actually very happy

This gaming pc is amazing. I’ve been able to get high frames on all my favourite games. The design of this pc is so clean looking as well.

I was really nervous looking at the reviews of dpd as the delivery but I am very thankful and grateful for a smooth next day delivery with a really helpful driver. My boyfriend very kindly unpacked everything and it's good to go from the box. This will play rs3 and a fair few steam games no problem. It is speedy, efficient and can have multiple tabs without any issues. My old pc was struggling as it's from 2014 so I've been needing an upgrade for a long long time. I am unbelievably happy with this pc for basic gaming use. I'm going to have to buy another keyboard so that's going to cost me but I'm just happy I've finally got an updated pc. It is very pricey but i really hope it'll be ok for the long-term.
