Very pleased. Easy to order and arrange delivery. The boys from Basildon made our Sunday - they were most helpful and efficient, taking away the redundant fridge freezer and setting up the new one. Product was as described.

So far so good!! This Beko American fridge freezer replaced a Samsung and at the moment I am very impressed with the Beko; certainly greater value for money. There’s stacks of room in the fridge and freezer and I’m liking the layout, the shelves and drawers available and the extra shelves in the door. Would definitely recommend.

Actual fridge itself is spacious and a nice design. Overall it meets my needs. However, the water and ice dispenser could be better designed. 1. It's a single dispenser which you change between ice, crushed ice, and water by pressing a button. This is a little annoying to use 2. There's a one second delay from pressing the button and it dispensing water. 3. The water nozzle is hard to locate, so smaller neck containers aren't as easy to fill 4. The nozzle drips for a few seconds after dispensing water so you get some in the tray below most of the time. Other than that, a good fridge. Not sure the colour changing veg tray will make any difference and there's no enclosed tray for cheese, but those are also minor niggles.

Aesthetically pleasing, my fav is no sticking out handles, kids particularly fascinated with the changing of colour of the background light behind the drawers when fridge door is opened. Spacious with good functional design, although we did move the bottle shelf (didn’t need it) which freed up additional space. Shelves can be moved around, handy when putting bulky items in the fridge on occasions. Good compartment choice and space. So easy to plumb too. Set up in less than half an hour.
