    Good machine with useful features.

    Machine works well and is quiet. The light is helpful for getting the last socks out! We use the timer to set the ecowash overnight as it is quite long, and then use the 9kg quick wash if we have a second load that day. The quick wash with a full load is very helpful, as is pausing the wash to add in the forgotten items. When installing manual says it has 3 bottom panels, but only one is supplied and the other two are not needed (confirmed by beko).

    Appalling, tripped my home electrics boiled washing and continually went over expected washing time sometimes by up to 1.20.minutes. Requested a replacement washing machine after receiving electric shock from drum. save your money. Machine six months old.

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
