Faulty product.

AO service good as usual but product was faulty and it took some time to sort out return and replacement - I think some delay was at the hands of the manufacturer. Once sorted collection and delivery was organised by AO staff and was completed in a couple of days - new product is now up and running and I'm happy with what I see.
