    I love this fridge freezer it’s nice and light and perfect for my family of 4. AO have been very helpful and the delivery guys was very friendly. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend. Very easy to stay organised plenty of space. Water dispenser keep water nice and cold and has a perfect flow even my little 4 year old is able to use it with no spillages.

    The layout of the fridge isn't the best. The door storage is awkward. It can be very noisy at times and overall the storage space inside is quite small. I'm struggling with the freezer. Put ice pops in two days ago and still not completely frozen! Need to contact AO as unhappy with this appliance. Unsure if faulty or the actual design of the fridge freezer.

    Couldn’t be happier with the service of the delivery men, extremely helpful. The regular updates of the item arriving including various phone calls, text messages and emails. I am also super pleased with the drink dispenser section on this fridge/freezer. My children struggle drinking water when it is filled with water they drink it! Amazing!

    Good value fridge-freezer

    Freezer drawers sometimes make quite an unpleasant styrofoam-squeak-like noise on sliding out, but overall a very good and reasonably priced fridge-freezer, and has a good capacity. Would be nice though if the shelf in the fridge door had enough height to fit 2l bottles (actual space is a couple of cm too short for this; 4 pint milk bottles are just about ok though).

Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to fit the handles on your new appliance if they're packed separately, and we aren’t currently offering a door reversal service.
