Might sound strange, but I was particularly impressed with the packaging and instructions for unpacking etc. The cooker has wheels at the back and it's an absolute doddle for one person to unpack it, get it into position and level it. I've used it three times and managed to mage the best roast beef I've ever made, by a mile. Looks great in our barn conversion. Induction is definitely the way forward. So clean as well.
