Firstly I had never heard of a "heat pump" tumble dryer until now. I just had my old condenser dryer start playing up and thought I would browse the AO website for some ideas. Never had a new dryer before, they have always been second hand or ones passed down from family members. I thought to myself after reading the raving review on this Hisense product to take the plunge and get a new one. I understand I was paying bit more for the fact it was a Heat Pump dryer but knowing the use it would be getting and the energy saving that is stated for this product it was worth the extra in the long term saving I would potentially see. On using the product for the first time I can say I am extremely impressed with the low noised and the effectiveness of the dryer even on low time settings. I am amazed how great it is and wich I had bought new years ago! I would recommend cleaning the lint filters and front of condenser grill after each use to keep the dryer working at its optimum. The water collection tank is large but again empty after every cycle. Neat little waste pipe can be used if plumbing up ne t to a local waste pipe, that will save emptying the tank. The shoe rack is great and have used for various item and all have dried brilliantly. Can't fault the product and would recommend to anyone looking for a eco friendly dryer!

Excellent tumble dryer, very easy to set up and so far it's been reliable. Easy to use and fits tons of clothes in!! Need a bigger washer now!

Easy to self install as the condensing feature means no plumbing needed. Anti allergy setting is great really helps with dog pet dander.

I bought this tumble dryer to replace one if had for a number of years that I’d loved. I have used it almost daily since then I can say it is brilliant! It’s pretty quiet which is great, I like that there’s a light inside so that you can what’s happening, and also the rack that can right it to fry items that you might not want tumbling around inside such as shoes is fantastic! My only criticism (which isn’t even a real complaint at all) is that it probably doesn’t need so many settings. My old tumble dryer was basically on or off and I liked the simplicity of that.
