Appliance is does what is says on the tin. ample room for crockery on the two shelves and the added value of cutlery shelf. Customer service was first class. Initially incorrect size of appliance was ordered and in turn quite rightly was delivered. Once the service desk had been contacted to explain the predicament, a new appliance was identified and scheduled for delivery. This was for the following day where the incorrect appliance was collected. Top service and delivery staff were fantastic.

Great dishwasher. Love the cutlery rack at the top as it leaves more space in the bottom. Very pleased with it.

Not the greatest at cleaning and far more flimsy than you'd expect from a SMEG appliance. This replaced our old Grundig and is quite a bit noisier despite the specifications saying it's 2 decibels quieter! In hindsight, I wouldn't pay the extra. But then if it lasts 10+ years I may be able to accept the so-so performance.

It was quite a tricky fit for our experienced fitter but he got it sorted eventually! Don't think an amateur could do it. Once fitted, it washes beautifully - certainly much better than our old Beko did. Happy so far. Hope it lasts longer than the previous one did!!!

Great dishwasher - cleans almost everything first time, without rinsing (although there is also a rinse cycle) I use both the eco mode and the quick wash - both clean the dishes very well. I like that the door opens on the long cycle to allow extra air drying. I also like the cutlery shelf - there is far more room than in a basket & the items do not have to touch one another - providing better cleaning. This would only be improved by putting a handle on this shelf, like the other shelves have, as it can be a bit wobbly upon opening and closing - my only negative for this product.

Great dishwasher. Love to top slide out shelf for cutlery which gives a little more inside space. Seems to wash well and love that it pops open once it’s finished
