I heard alot of people say "Induction is difficult to cook on", but having tried it, I have to disagree. We have owned a gas hob Rangemaster for 17 years, it was showing its age, and we were moving to all electric to disconnect the gas, so this was the best option. Decided to treat ourselves by going for the deluxe this time, and have not regretted it one bit. Induction is so controllable, cooking has been a breeze. Keeping it clean is super easy as nothing burns on it, and I often wipe up any minor spills arround the pan while still cooking. Heats up fast, cools down faster, cleans up with a wipe, automatic settings for simmer and power boost, excellent! Only challenge, seeing where the rings are! Good lighting helps! Did not realise the old oven had got so bad until I used the new one, fan does a great job of even heating, and just works! The grill has been a game changer, being able to actually set temperatures in between max and pathetic has made things so easy. Yes, it was a slight extravagance, but I have been very impressed and not regretted the purchase for a moment! Replacing all our pans was a slight surprise, but thats on me for not checking in advance, and beside, all new pans has been worth it.

This was a real considered purchase however I'm absolutely thrilled. Obviously it's a great looking range but the induction hob is the best cooking method I've ever used, there is a huge amount of control within the temperature, and it gives you that perfect low temperature that I could never get before.The bridging zone is fantastic and comes with a large griddle that spans across two of the rings giving you a large griddling area. The main oven has lots of combinations from fan to just bottom heat. I can't wait to try the proving drawer too. I'm absolutely in love with my cooker and would highly recommend!
