    Lovely quiet washing machine

    This is my first LG washing machine, it's replacing an AEG after 4 and a half years. It was easy to install, but took a while to get level. After that it was plain sailing. The auto dose works really well, I don't use softener but you can switch that off if you want to. Loads of programs to use and the washing comes out really fresh and clean. The machine itself is very quiet while going, even on spin, nice little tune when it's finished. So far I am very pleased with it.

    Great washing machine. Quite different to my old one of 11 years old so much more modern technology but it’s great the app tells you when the washing has finished and you can operate remotely. I can also wash a duvet rather than taking to a launderette. I love it.

    Fantastic appliance with brilliant features

    Fantastic appliance. Replaced a 5kg washer with this washing machine. The appliance is very quiet even on a 1400 spin cycle. It comes with 14 wash programmes and I can download more using the LG app. The drum is huge and loading is a pleasure. Love putting my washing in and being able to walk away as the built in detergent dispensers means I don’t need to faff around with liquitabs. AI cycle has been my favourite so far and washes my clothes perfectly in under an hour. When the cycle is done I get an alert via the LG app and an announcement on Alexa. Delivery guys was excellent. In and out in under 5 minutes with an efficient and professional attitude. Will definitely buy from AO again. Highly recommend this washing machine 10 out of 10.

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
