Absolutely the best freezer I have ever bought. I have never heard of Liebhurr before. I originally was going to get a something else but that was manual defrost. The best thing about this freezer is that it is FROST FREE! Which is the main reason why I bought it. It comes with a lengthy cable to plug it in about 2-2.5m cable. It has 3 fairly large draws and 1 medium one at the bottom. You can fit A LOT of food in it which is awesome!! It can range from -16? to -28?. It also has built-in WiFi! So you download the app on your mobile, connect your freezer to WiFi and you can see the temperature you set as well as the current temperature in the freezer. It will send you a notification to say the freezer door is left open if a friend or relative hasn't closed it properly. The light flashes and a beep does sound as well. It is a also very well built (made in Bulgaria) and I love the stainless steel design of the appliance! The only down side is the instructions. They aren't really clear enough and functions etc isn't really fully explained properly. When I tried going into the sub menu I accidentally enabled sabbath mode which defrosts the freezer I think. And I didn't know at the time so I let the freezer sit thinking it was getting cold when it wasn't. Also when my WiFi failed to connect the first time because it's quite far out from the router. The instructions said to turn the freezer on and off again which I did and WLAN would connect to WiFi. I had to manually find a way to reset the freezer back to factory settings because it wasn't in the manual (press and hold power button for 7 seconds). But now that everything is settled and food is in and it's kept its temperature since factory reset, it's an awesome machine! I'd definitely buy another and I'd trust the manufacturer too since this is the first time buying Liebherr.
