Lightweight, glides beautifully

This replaced my old Tefal iron that I had for years.
The new one is as light as the old one and glides beautifully. I always use full steam and find this a perfect iron at a very low cost.

It is a good product if you use on max temperature. It doesn’t iron that well if I choose other, lower temperature settings.

The product itself is very good, exactly what it claims to be, irons very well, large water tank, good quality. The reason for 3 stars, the first iron that arrived had clearly been used, it had little packaging, nothing around the plug (the bit of paper you take off or the plastic over the three prongs), and worst of all it spewed calc all over my black jeans. I called AO who painlessly arranged for the product to be collected and replaced with a new version. So not an entirely hassle free transaction and I am still a bit perplexed as to how and why AO are sending out already used items of stock. The replacement item was brand new and unused.
