    Perfect for a family of 5.

    Had a 9kg Beko for 7 years which finally gave up. 3 kids later and we knew we needed a bigger machine. This was reasonably priced and well rated. What we love about it is obviously the drum size but how quiet it is. The last one sounded like it was going to take off but this one doesn’t even sound like it’s on, even on 1400 spin cycle. Clothes seem to be coming out fresher and cleaner too, but this is probably just because the old machine was getting a bit tired. Overall, would highly recommend.

    It washes well. The wash cycles seem overly engineered but I’ve already picked my favourites. I love the capacity of the drum. The Smart meter shows it as being economical. All in all it seems like a good machine for the money.

    I’ve had the machine almost a month now and it is fantastic. One of the best appliances I’ve owned. Wash performance and rinsing performance is perfect. Spin and balancing performance can take a moment depending on how full the machine but once it gets going, it gets on with it nicely! My biggest gripe is the WiFi app ‘hOn’. Only managed to use the app 3 times max and now it just won’t work. My WiFi connection is strong, the machine connects to it easily but it comes up with a blank error message when I’m selecting a cycle. Very frustrating. Hope the app gets an update soon.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
