Freezer is super easy to use with four transparent drawers so you can see what's in wash section. Fridge central light is also a bonus can definitely see what's what. Also crisper at bottom definitely prolongs veg life in there.

Freezer doesn’t freeze properly and the top section doesn’t seem to keep things frozen at all. The fridge temperature is hard to maintain. This is even after the engineer has been out twice.

Really badly designed - doesn’t fit a 2ltr bottle of drink either on shelf or in the door. Can’t fit a pizza box on shelf or a large milk in the door. This is a direct replacement of the previous version that could do all those things. Would not recommend.

Disappointed, I have always had Hotpoint products, and this fridge freezer replaced my previous one. The bottom shelf in the door is at eye level if you are around 5'4" so opening the door is a hazzard. Of course shelves can be moved around but placing jam jars in the door presents a problem with regard to placing internal items it is adequate and does the job but would not buy this particular model again, also fitting integrated (extra cost) could have been done better squeaky opening and closing and since this product was slightly smaller than original it should had fitted beautifully within the cabinet. Well you did ask!

This replaced a ten year old 50/50 unit also from AO. As expected it is simple to use and has good capacity.

Really pleased with this fridge freezer, it fitted in the cabinet much better than the old one, it is simple to use and super quiet. Instructions were easy to follow and there is tons of space n the fridge and freezer.
