Your machine has 9 amazing programmes to choose from, including 14-minute, 30-minute and 44-minute cycles.     Spend less time behind the ironing board

    When it comes to chores, ironing is one of the worst. To help make it a little easier, the Easy Iron function rotates the drum back and forth, helping to untangle fabrics so they tumble freely. This helps loosen creases, so you get to whiz through the clothes pile faster. You're welcome.

    Pause and add clothes midway through a cycle

    Whether you suddenly need your going-out-shirt or there’s a pesky sock that’s escaped the machine, the Pause function lets you stop the wash cycle if it’s just started. So, you can pop in another shirt instead of waiting for the next load.

    Measuring up tips

    This is a built-in washing machine, designed to be fitted into your kitchen with a cupboard door attached to it. Just make sure you measure the space where you want the washing machine to live and add 3cm onto the depth to make sure there’s enough space for the pipes needed to connect the appliance.     Great washing machine with loads of useful features

    Ticks all the boxes! Big 9kg drum which reduces number of washes. Fast 1200 spin that helps to almost dry clothes which is more helpful in winter. Loads of different cycles to suit short and long, for hand wash, gym, work. You can change the temp, spin & duration of a wash cycle and digitally see how long your wash cycle has left. Highly recommended!

    1. Control panel, difficult to use. 2. "Time Delay" function, faulty, missed Economy 7 timings. 3. Noisy, "Noise Level & Noise Level (Spin)" both 76dB. 4. Door lock, stopped working. 5. Would not progress to final spin on "Cottons" programme, washing remained wet. 6. To operate the control panel, Hoover engineer suggested I use my thumb and not my finger....Then he reported, "User error" and not machine fault. Hoover demanded payment of £145.00 incl. VAT for service visit as engineer recorded it as "User error" and Hoover then "Closed" my service call as I refused to pay. 7. We have had this machine since May 2023, thankfully, I recorded faults and had a range of examples, which I submitted to Hoover, but as they had "Closed" the service call, and I refused to pay for the service visit, Hoover wouldn't speak to me. I submitted recordings of faults to AO as evidence, which was indisputable. AO is now replacing my faulty Hoover machine. Thank you, AO. SHAME on you Hoover for appalling customer service and deceitful service engineer, the machine was clearly faulty!

    Would highly recommend this washing machine, i spent ages looking for one, but am so pleased i went for this. So easy to use, you can pick your spin cycle speed and there is a good variety of programmes to use. Almost pleased mine broke down!

    Excellent service as always from AO, I was kept fully informed all the way along of when my delivery would be. The guys installing the machine were polite and efficient and incredibly tidy. The machine itself is a dream. Such a big drum and so many cycles to choose from. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the supplier.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
