    Great no frills product

    This is a great product: simple and no frills, yet reliable and high quality. I am very pleased with it. The only downside is that it comes with only 1 shelf in the oven: I went to the manufacturer and ordered another one, so be prepared for the extra cost if like me you need 2 shelves.

    Overall, the cooker is very good, met the criteria for what we were looking for in a new cooker. As I am blind, I really find it easy to use because the settings have a little click to them as you turn them around therefore I know where to place the knobs or how much to turn them depending on how much heat I want. Even though its small in size and design, both the grill and oven are actually quite spacious, perfect for my family!

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
