    Great cooker & very happy with our choice

    Very happy with our purchase. Food is cooked evenly in the oven without having to turn trays around midway through cooking. The double crown burner on the hob is an additional bonus when using a wok and heats a pan of water in double quick time! The 2 sets of changeable feet are an excellent idea if your worktops aren't a standard height. Easy to wipe down & looks great. In hindsight I wish I'd upgraded from my 10+ year old AEG cooker years ago.

    Disappointing main oven fault

    My 1st impression was very good. The look & the features are good. Unfortunately my low rating is down to the fact the main oven doesn’t regulate temperature. This leaves the oven running at a high temperature causing food to burn . I’ve now had to contact hotpoint direct for repair or replacement

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
