Easy to programme through the app and keep track of products and expiry dates. Quiet running. Well lit. Absolutely frost free. I especially like the split level door racks. However, for future improvements; the ice cube tray is miniscule and could be better designed. Also, some divisions in the salad box would be an advantage, so my leeks aren't next to my strawberries.

I was initially very impressed with this fridge freezer. It had lots of space in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The shelves in the door in the fridge were very sturdy, unlike a lot of its competitors. As were the drawers. I also liked having the handles at the bottom of the freezer drawers as that's the strongest part. Unfortunately, in the freezer, the runners the drawers sit on are just flimsy moulded plastic and can become deformed. I also started noticing that chicken and other food was going off before the use by date. I lost a lot of food unfortunately due to this. The freezer was still cold enough. The engineer came out and replaced a part but the temperature was still fluctuating wildly. I had to keep setting the fridge to zero degrees just to keep it close to five degrees. Luckily I was finally given the go ahead to get a replacement. I chose not to get another Haier mainly due to the fact that the warranty would run out in only four months on the new one, though the problem with the freezer drawer runners also put me off as well.

Great fridge & freezer, which so far has been reliable. The delivery was seamless. I did quickly try to link it up to the app through the WiFifacility, but it wouldn't so I gave up for now & haven't tried again as it wasn't an important feature for me. This might be a problem for others.

The space inside the fridge is fab, more than I need for 2 people but I’ve put all my pantry jars in so all good. Also it doesn’t have that drainer hole at the back so I’m hoping that means there’ll be no residue water inside, and no yucky clearing of the drain. I made the error of not measuring and it just about fit after removing skirting boats, it’s quite large if trying to fit into a space where there were integrated appliances previously. Can’t comment on the WiFi feature as I don’t use it. Overall, really happy with it.

A brilliant purchase! I had had a few 'hiccups' before deciding on this particular model and I am extremely pleased with the features, functionality and style. The WiFi feature is very useful and easy to navigate. The fridge-freezer is spacious and has different clearly marked sections for various types of food storage. The controls are on the outside so there is no need to open the fridge to operate plus you can use the Hon app to control the settings. This fridge-freezer looks fab in my kitchen. Yes, I am very happy with my purchase. ??
