    Hoover Service Rubbish

    Never buy a hoover product the service is shocking! I brought an american fridge freezer back on the 28th March 2022 and it has broken down. I called Hoover and the lady (Joanne) was sarcastic and was more interested in selling an insurance product than listening to me. £145 pound to get someone to come out and try to fix the product! It is only just over 12 months and 1 week old so find it hard to understand such a stance! Date of experience: 05 April 2023

    Great value, good amount of space for the size. Agree that the only minor annoyance is that the door shelf can not hold a 2L bottle but knew that getting it and there’s enough space on the shelf. Delivery was great too

This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles. Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to fit the handles on your new appliance if they're packed separately, and we aren’t currently offering a door reversal service.
