    They stand by there warranty

    Had to have it replaced under warranty. However the machine in general has been amazing. Honely think it was a rare occurance that it originally broke

    Cheap but flimsy with some poor design choices

    Easy to setup and use but in order to fit dinnerplates on bottom rack, have to move top rack upwards. This leaves very little space on top rack for any other taller than a small mug. Cutlery rack is poorly designed and you are forced to remove half of it to fit anything useful into the top rack. Overall design feels flimsy. On the plus side, seems to clean well.

    Not ok for dinner plates

    It cleans well & is very quiet but it lets itself down by not being able to wash more than 4 dinner plates placed on the outer edges of the lower basket. I have tried all loading options but the sprinkler bar hits the plates if you have more than 4 in the wash. A bad purchase.

    Poor performance

    I've had this for about 16 months and I've never had a dishwasher give such a poor performance on a regular basis - ever! Nearly 40 years I've lived with dishwashers. Food stuck on cutlery and in glasses constantly. Not impressed.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
