    This product which replaced a very old style oven has greatly decreased the time it takes to cook dinner. It's very simple but effective design fits perfectly in our home. 10/10 I would purches this product again without hesitation.

    Lovely cooker. Never cooked with electric before and found it to be very easy to use. Very pleasing on the eye the little crome knows set it off. Realy pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Great value for the money.

    Easy to use and looks great! The in built timer is a great function as it has a setting to turn the oven off once the timer runs out, a clear countdown is always visible too, counting down the minutes and seconds. The hobs heat quick but the ceramic top does mark easily, seemingly just from the heat alone. I’m sure this is the case on most hobs unfortunately. The cooker is also quiet, I have used fan ovens in the past that are much, much louder - this is almost silent . Plenty of room in both top and bottom ovens but they do need a good run before using. The smell of burning oil/chemicals filled the kitchen on the first use, definitely keep the windows open! Overall very happy with this cooker, hopefully it lasts for years to come.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
