If I could give this zero stars I would. Words cannot describe my hatred for this washer/dryer. It has caused me nothing but problems. The dryer part broke after 10 months, and trying to get through to hotpoint was like getting blood out of a stone, and to be honest it was useless anyway.. it takes forever to dry anything. With a typical wash and dry load taking about 4 hours.. and if you'd want to wash towels or bedding? Be prepared to do it throught the night, as it takes a whopping 9 HOURS. I was fully aware washer/dryers have longer cycles but this is just ridiculous. It leaks constantly, despite being plumbed in professionally, and checked over multiple times. I've had to force the door open multiple times and it doesn't clean clothes all that well, unless you've got it on a hotter wash.. Overall, if you're looking for a washer dryer and have absolutely no other option but this one, I still wouldn't recommend it.

This is a which. com-recommended product and I can see why - It is great! I've listed the product as a 4.5, as I'm still getting to grips with the machine and sadly it was delivered with a minor scratch on the side.

Lovely machine, however cycles are a little long. Someone said there’s no only drying option (not true) select the middle button and keep selecting until you get the desired length of time. You do need to select a normal wash cycle for this. Went for the lack machine to go with the kitchen
