    New washing machine

Working out the programmes so that washing and drying doesn’t take 7-8 hour hours is a bit complicated, but once I got the hang of it I am pleased with my purchase. I am still learning about the different programs and wash/dry weights as adjusting the drying time seems to leave clothes damp. I am pleased with how my clothes look and feel after being washed, and would recommend it to family and friends.

    Great device, but long times.

Very quiet. Cleans well. Crazy long wash and dry times. We were also use to a washer and dryer seperate. It was weir that we couldn't open the door when during to check on the items, it is always locked. Looks great, and sounds great. However, we have notice after a few cycles, we can see a small line of water from the front door down.

    Great machine

Really good drum capacity. Overall quieter than my old machine. Washes and dries well. Good choice of programmes. Honestly I can't think of anything negative. Am happy with my purchase.

For now my new Washing machine is quieter than my last one, easy to operate and cleans, spins and dries well, I’ve had two error codes already which I follow instructions by switching off power waiting a few minutes then re power machine which I then need to restart program hopefully it’s just a glitch.

    Solid 4/5 Stars, good machine.

Been using for about a month now. Fine machine, replaces an ancient Hotpoint Ultima machine. Some of the cycles are long, no two ways about that, and no idea why. Doesnt seem to do more than the older Hotpoint it replaced. There are ways to shorten them a bit but not by much. Point i also learned with the old machine is not to run a dry cycle immediately after a wash, towels came out like they'd been picked off a teenagers bedroom floor. But, if you let the wash finish, fluff them, then dry them its actually quicker doing these two separate cycles than one combined one. Other than that, its not too noisy and once you get the hang of the controls its not too tricky to use. Think I'll only be using one or two of the programmes anyway. An option to programme favourites (e.g. spin spped, temp, etc could be good). Solid 4/5 though.

    • Connection

We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

    • Disconnection

We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one

      • This includes the tricky job of disconnecting it from your water pipes

Make delivery even easier by selecting all three connection and disconnection services in the basket. In one trip we can:

      • Disconnect and recycle your old appliance
      • Safely install your new one

Just a quick note: if you’re buying a freestanding appliance to replace an old integrated one, we won’t be able to disconnect it
