Decent but height misleading

This is a decent extractor fan but the minimum height is misleading because the duct cover has to slot an inch into the top of the fan unit. The fan unit has to be mounted first. This means you need to add 1-2 inches onto the minimum height of the product from the ceiling to slide the duct cover in.
