Much easier and user friendly than the Samsung we had. I'm not technologically minded, have arthritis and my husband had a clot to his brain causing Aphasia and also has early Parkinsons, but we both manage to use this. We've had it a couple of weeks and use it for all meals everyday. I would definitely recommend it, if we can use it I'm sure anyone can!!!
