I bought this for my mother in law whilst she was in hospital. Day 1 We had rushed down from Scotland at very short notice when she was admitted so we had very few clothes. Day 2 the old machine packed in so to have AO.com deliver the next day was terrific and a life saver for us. Brilliant service and brilliant machine. I like the high speed spin @1400, the fact that you can shorten the programme for lightly soiled clothes and the size and compactness of the product - it is typically 5-8 cm less deep than most other machines.

Quick,easy and good service from start to finish and the washing machine is fantastic.

Love the display, easy use functions . Good spin dry. Not yet worked out how to use the anti stain steam button

This is not an expensive machine by any stretch of the imagination, That being said it's a name you can trust. With a small footprint and being slimline to boot, it fits in the tightest of spaces. In terms of use, it couldn't be easier, with no confusing menus, it is ideal for a small family. With a quick eco wash function, what's not to like. We are now on our 3rd version of this machine and I have to say it's good value, well made and solid. Is there anything I could criticise about this machine, in all honesty I don't think there is. The machine also comes with a 10 year parts guarantee.

Very happy with the machine so far. Fairly quiet and has an efficient 30 min cycle.
