Does what it should

Takes a bit longer to dry items than our old condenser drier did, but we expected that. Dries well and lots of drying options. Very happy.

We've had this machine for about 3 1/2 years now. It did seem to be efficient, is generally effective at drying albeit a little slow, however the unit constantly leaked hot/moist air from the back panel and has gotten increasingly noisy and started destroying internal parts (Impeller splines). The quality under the hood just isn't really there. Wish I'd gotten something with more longevity.

Very good price. I updated from a vented Hotpoint which had died after 20 year service and was initially wondering how long the heat pump version would take to warm up?
The cost of the heat pump dryer being very cheap to run is, it does take a lot longer to dry things. Now I am used to that, I am happy. I was surprised at how hot it does get but you need to wait about 20 minutes before it heats up. Would I go back to a vented? No way.

I’ve had the heat pump dryer for three weeks and have been very happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up and use, I have used a variety of programmes and levels of dryness. The water tray is easy to access and empty. I’ve cleaned the filter inside the drum using a soft paintbrush. Clothes, bedding and towels were all dried in accordance with the programme set. I like the benefits of the efficient heat pump.
