This item was the subject of a review on a website called Expert Reviews where they waxed lyrical about how good the deal was because it not only contained Two toothbrushes and a case, but it also included eight replacement heads. However, when the package arrived, the eight replacement heads were missing. When I contacted AO, they advised me that such a deal had never existed even though the picture which followed in an email under the heading ‘ here’s what we are sending’ showed the eight replacement heads. Needless to say, expert reviews did not respond to my enquiries, but AO did resolve the matter to my satisfaction after I got in touch with them for which I was very grateful. So in the end, I received the deal I was hoping for and I’m very pleased with it And the way my complaint was dealt with.
