I bought this product from AO late last year and whilst it looks good it hasn’t been delivered with all correct basics, cassette and ducting, charcoal filter that is all extra and therefore we can’t use the product without damaging electrics and the cupboard it is stored in. Poor information about the product provided and very disappointed with AO. In addition, when you have a problem with a product, AO don’t want to know, refer you to the manufacturer and make it impossible to contact them to address the issues.

It looks lovely, can’t comment on anything else as it hasn’t been installed yet. Great delivery, great price, super quick. Product is safe waiting for installation of the new kitchen.

Everything delivered as promised. Very professional. I have used them for my customers and will be using them again and again.

Looks really smart and works well, though we generally need on the high setting to suck all of the steam, etc in. Fairly quiet even on highest setting (certainly no louder that previous overhead extractors I've had). Only downsides were that it was quite tricky to fit (mainly as we needed to move fan to the other side) and came with a European plug.

Excellent product and great value for money. Very high quality build.
