    Burnt fingers be gone

The cleverly designed tray hooks to the oven door, letting you keep an eye on those spuds without sliding out scorching trays. Just open the oven and have a gander – couldn’t be simpler.

    Tips for measuring up

    Freestanding range cookers come in different widths, so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one – usually either 90cm, 100cm or 110cm. Also check the depth of the space, and add on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most range cookers (excluding gas range cookers) will require a 32 amp outlet – look for a big red switch to show you have one.

    90 cm Electric Range Cooker.

    I have always wanted a Rangemaster Professional+ 90cm Range and finally able to get one this month. It looks really smart and has great functionality. The ceramic hotplates are very quick to heat up and easy to control. The two fan ovens are very good and I especially like the plate rack for warming plates in the smaller oven on the right hand side. Very pleased with my new range.

    Dangerous and poor design features

    So disappointed with this cooker. The knobs are so loose that my dog can switch the hob on just by walking past and this could be a fire risk if anything flammable should happen to be on the hob. You can only clean the glass door by pulling the entire heavy cooker out of it's slot and even then the whole glass doesn't come out. The door mounted shelf stops you being able to use any other shelf within the oven. The grill is exceedingly slow to heat up and the area to actually grill is very small. All annoying factors but the fire risk is paramount.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
