Great TV Just the right size for our room and a really good picture quality with excellent sound. I recommend this product.

My wife finally allowed me to upgrade the living room tv. This one is great and the updated software makes finding programs even easier.

Great value TV. I looked at a few different models, here is my thinking: 55 inch seems like the sweet spot in the market just now (my last TV was 43). QLED is somewhere in the middle in terms of tech just now. Samsung have a decent reputation in this market (my search was only really Samsung, LG or Sony). If you buy it from AO just now you can extend the warranty to 5 years. As a 5* AO member I got a 5% discount. The viewing angle on this model is fine in my living room, no-one has noticed any different from the sides. The refresh rate is fine, including on PS4. The sound is noticeably better than my last TV. Although I might still buy a basic sound bar to go with it (now that I have found out they exist). I have not used any of the apps or "smart" features yet so can't comment on them. It works fine with a virgin media box, a firestick and a PS4. For my needs, I can't see a reason to spend 2 or 3 times more to get OLED, faster refresh rates or anything else. If 55 inch is your preferred size, this one is decent all-round value and the service from AO was faultless (as usual).
