I've had my eye on a Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer for a long time. And all those years of anticipation have not left me disappointed. This is the best fridge freezer I've ever had by a long way (and that is a lot of previous appliances). Usually I buy Siemens appliances, but in this case I think I've made the right choice to deviate. The build quality is excellent - shelves, metal retaining bars etc are really sturdy. For me the size is also excellent - I can see what I have and think it will lead to less waste as things won't get buried at the back/in the bottom of the salad drawers. The design is intelligent. I could not be more pleased.

The fridge is bigger than the average ‘single’ door fridge, but not quite as huge as the double door ‘American style’ fridges which is perfect for our kitchen size. The layout inside the fridge/freezer utilises all the space effectively - the vegetable drawer is a really good size that can house plenty, It’s easy to use, the door alarm is loud enough that you can actually hear it, it’s on wheels - we are really pleased with the purchase, we haven’t yet found any feature that we don’t like

replacement to one we had for over 12 years - seems fine & glad we found it
