The Samsung Family Hub fridge freezer is a great addition to our new kitchen. The WiFi connectivity and interactive touchscreen make meal planning much easier and saves us money from over ordering. The internal cameras are fun and we've enjoyed some of the AI guesses of things we put in and take out - the AO water will forever be know as the courgette bottle because of this. We love the symmetrical design and iside provides loads storage for our family of 4. The plumbed water and ice dispenser is inside the freezer comparment rather than in the door (which often goes wrong) was important when choosing. The only downside is the energy rating (E), which could be more efficient for such a premium appliance.

Love the look of it, plenty of space and lots of storage options come with it. Uses a lot less electric than the Samsung it’s replaced. Caution, the swing of the doors required a much wider opening than my previous Samsung, probably to do with the french doors on it needing to swing away from each other. It’s a heavy beast so it’s not something I would like to carry up a lot of stairs. The family hub is handy for keeping up to date with what’s on your schedule. I haven’t tried the AI features of the food recognition yet but I’ve only had it a week., so hope to get stuck into that in the next week or so. But overall I’m very happy with the fridge freezer. Excellent service from AO. Delivery drivers were very friendly and careful during the delivery and removal of our old fridge/freezer.
