    Lovely fridge freezer

    I ordered this fridge freezer as a replacement to a Beko branded one that lasted me 10 years! I only got it due to the 70-30 capacity in my 55cm width as this was the only suitable one. After installation and a few days of use I realised it was not cold enough. Worse than my old Beko one that was dying! And that was even on the highest temperature maximum and in winter so that's definitely not normal. I got in touch with Ao.com who put me through to Russell Hobbs manufacturer and they asked for a picture of where my appliance was located. Then they said I need to keep 5cm gap on the right side and 10cm gap on the left side. It wasn't advertised this neither did I know this beforehand and neither did I have 15cm extra space in my kitchen for it! So they told me to move my fridge somewhere else. But already in a tight kitchen there is nowhere else for me to move it. I decided I wanted to get rid of it already. As I am an ao member I had 30 days to return in and so I exchanged it with a Beko CFG4582W 50/50 fridge freezer. Yes they took a % for using the appliance off the refund and I had to pay a little more for the new one but that is wayy better. It was worth it. Because my new Beko one It's cold only on 3 and more temperature options. Spacious. Perfect thankfully. Do not buy this Russell Hobbs fridge freezer if you're looking for a fridge that is chilled. Learn from my experience. I had the hassle of returning it. It was rubbish. Small freezer drawers. Couldn't fit much in them. Not cold enough. Useless to be honest. However I am happy with my new Beko fridge freezer. Chilled how I like it and spacious. Room to add another additional shelf on the door as well.

    The fridge looks very good. I am very satisfied with it. It fits into the kitchen, the color is great, it's large, which is what I wanted, and it runs quietly. Just great. I recommend it and it was not an expensive purchase at all.

    My new fridge freezer

    Love this fridge freezer. Fits perfectly into the space looks very good and is operates very quietly. The shelves are glass and provides plenty of space. The door shelves are a perfect size for all my jars and bottles. The freezer part of this fridge freezer is an ideal size for my needs. It works very efficiently and the boxes are easy to slide in and out.

This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles. Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to fit the handles on your new appliance if they're packed separately, and we aren’t currently offering a door reversal service.
