    Delivery and installation top notch. Cooker looks fab and cooks amazing, better than my old gas one by miles. Highly recommend the appliance itself. Cons. No wok stand supplied. The help line is abysmal and have no intention of helping. Tried to register but the operator was totally unintelligible. But I love the cooker

    Lovely looking cooker, cooked on hob for first time, we have ninja saucepans, but found even though we were careful it has scratched the stands. Going to look terrible very quickly. Not impressed at all by this. Didn't have a problem with old zanussi cooker with said pans. So disappointed this has happened.

    Easy to use and set up including the helpful clock/timer. I think it is the best option available when looking for a smaller cooker with dual fuel. It does everything you need while looking modern and stylish. The hob plates can be a little fiddly to keep clean, but this is a fairly minimal issue.

      Get your new cookers fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers and electricians will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
