    The cooker has plenty of space and shelves for baking, is very convenient for big family. Love the wok burner, it provides powerful heat for stir frying dishes. Easy to use, looks and function perfectly!

    Really good bit of kit, nice even bake on the cakes we make. The oven does have sticky out wheels at the. Back which means we can’t push it flush with the wall - but that’s because we had a pipe running from the washing machine along the floor. So not the products fault but something to bear in mind if purchasing.

    Really lovely oven, temperature is really consistent, managed to cook sunday lunch for 10 people to perfection. The only thing to improve is the bar on the front makes it hard to read the dials

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
