Great washing machine. Many cycles for day to day use, nice big drum. Best thing about it though is no loud continues beeping after the cycle has finished!

Awful Product!! Had it 1 week and already issues with this product. There is no JUST DRAIN OPTION button for the excess water. In order to drain the water, you have to go via a rinse cycle, which takes 29 MINUTES??? What a waste of electricity and water. In addition, the drainage out option pipe at the front of the machine, has NO groves to insert finger or non sharp item. Because of this, you have to use a sharp item, which could scratch the machine, and affect warranty and return option. What smart person designed this machine? Also, Candy customer service agent customer service was APPALLING. Having to listen to a pre recorded message about NOT being rude to staff, they should have the same for it's customers, as the agent kept talking over me, until I requested a data subject request of the call and CEO details and had to request if I could speak. Awful Awful

Lot's to really like about this washing machine (10kg) model. Very large door, as soon as the cycle finishes you can open the door, no waiting around for 2 minutes before unloading. So far, timings are very accurate, if it says 59 minutes, it takes 59 minutes. Best of all are the very wide range of short programmes, including one that can cope with 10kg of mixed & coloured clothes in 59 minutes. However, do be aware that if you want to wash a large load of cottons at 60 degrees it does take 2hrs 50 minutes. For me, the things that stop the 5 stars are the occasional strange noise the it makes when filling with water during the wash. It's noisier during the spin cycle than my previous Hotpoint, although that was a Shh version consequently it might be perfectly normal for most people. It also does not have either a 50 degree wash or a 1000 speed spin cycle, both of which I frequently used with my previous washer. I believe that there are many more options available through remote control (Wi-Fi) consequently these may be available if you use the app but personally that's not for me. Overall, very happy customer.
